Founded in 2016, Ossco Group was built with a bold mission: to raise the bar in diesel repair and fleet maintenance. From day one, we set out not only to fix trucks but to reinvent the way service was delivered in an industry that too often relied on outdated models and slow turnaround times.
But our story didn’t begin in a shop, it began with a vision.
The Vision That Started It All.
Our founder, Kyle Miller, brought with him more than 20 years of hands-on industry experience and a deep
understanding of the commercial trucking and fleet community. He saw a gap in the market: businesses
needed reliability, speed, and expertise they could trust. Kyle envisioned a company that blended technical
excellence with customer-first service company built on growth, innovation, and a relentless commitment to
better serving the people who keep America moving. That vision became the foundation of Ossco Group.
From On-Site Service to a Full-Scale Facility
Ossco Group’s earliest model centered around convenience and dependability. Our name itself—OSSCO—is short for On-Site Service Company, reflecting our start as a mobile repair provider. By fixing vehicles directly at our customers’ locations, we quickly built a reputation for reliability and established lasting partnerships with fleet operators who needed minimal downtime and maximum trust.
The demand for our services grew rapidly, and the next natural step was to put down roots. We opened our first brick-and-mortar shop in Warminster, PA, giving us a permanent home base to expand our capabilities. Soon after, we added a hydraulics division specializing in cylinder and hose repair, and we became certified OSHA/ANSI Crane and Bucket Truck Inspectors—further proving that we weren’t just another repair shop, but a multi-service partner for our clients.
Growth Fueled by Excellence.
By late 2018, just a year and a half after opening our first doors, we had already outgrown our original shop. The solution: a move to a 15,000-square-foot facility with 12 service bays, built to handle everything from heavy-duty truck repairs to complex hydraulic rebuilds. This expansion wasn’t just about space—it was about people.
We assembled an elite team of industry professionals, including master technicians, dedicated service advisors, shop foremen, an operations manager, and office administrator. We also brought on a full-time hydraulic cylinder repair technician to strengthen our hydraulics division. With this talent, Ossco Group became more than a repair company—we became a center of excellence in fleet and equipment solutions.
